Saved from the scrap pile
One customer’s laptop took three minutes to reach the login screen and sometimes would not start at all. We cloned the failing hard drive onto a new solid-state drive and cleaned up the system. It then reached the login screen in about 20 seconds — and saved them buying a new laptop.
